Molly L. HallHow many of you are sitting in the exact position I was, on the hamster wheel, making “good enough” money and no idea of where you would be in 13 years? Let me save you 13 years and provide you with the direct access to creating a life you want by design vs. default.

If someone would have told me 13 years ago that I would be sitting where I am today, I would never have believed it. See, I began serving in the Entrepreneurial World as “just” and administrative assistant, and I proudly still work there today. I started out by getting a “job” at The National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys nowhere near understanding I was on the path to unleashing my true potential and creating a lifetime profession. I have worked closely with Presidents and founders of national organizations, master level marketers, entrepreneurs and coaches. I can’t help but practice the “coach” way of doing things on a daily basis in my work and my life. Without the training I have been privileged to receive I would not be the person, professional, mother or friend that I am today.

Through my years and relationships, I was led to my personal mentor, entrepreneur, CPA and attorney, David J. Zumpano. I was Dave’s personal coach for 5+ years and when Dave’s national attorney training organization, MPS, LLC, began to grow he invited me to lead his team and I continue to do so today. In 2007 I stepped right into the role of CEO/Director of Member Services/Strategic Planner and Coach, everyday wearing each of these hats. I lead a thriving national attorney training organization in succession with my cutting edge Company dedicated to creating, training and supporting entrepreneur’s in an entrepreneur’s world. I manage budgets, create marketing campaigns, and develop strategic alliance and all the other “stuff” it takes to run a successful business on a daily basis. In 2010, I was honored to be a contributing author of “Speaking Your Truth: courageous stories from Inspiring Women” that hit #3 on Amzon.com. But my true passion lies in coaching and that is evident with the 300+ law firms I have coached over the years. I love what I do and I am committed to making a difference; all while being fortunate enough to work from my home in Parker, CO where I live with my husband Shaun and our spirited children, Aidan Patrick (8) and Ella Ryan (4) and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Finn.

I worked 12 years in an estate and business planning law firm for a very entrepreneurial attorney.

I landed there 12 years ago, after a brief stint in the Army. I had just turned 21, been released from boot camp with a knee injury and was temping through a staffing service. I landed the temporary receptionist position at the law firm after I was able to remember the 8 other employees names by lunch time… which doesn’t say much for whoever I was replacing! I had completed high school and had a few semesters of college, but no degree and no real office experience. I was definitely 21, i.e. didn’t know what “dress code” meant and needed a refresher course on my grammar. But I stuck. I had that “get it done” quality and lucky for me, my entrepreneur recognized a diamond in the rough! Or maybe a bird with a broken wing…but anyways I digress. I had that same quality you look for in your staff – that “bring in on” I can do it attitude.

Now, 12 years later, I have helped create business models and help license them to other law firms. I train attorneys and their team across the country. I’ve co-led a national Key Assistant Program teaching many of the techniques we will share with you. I’ve co-authored a book published nationally by Simon & Schuster. I’ve learned to hire, fire and manage my team, as well as my entrepreneur and I’ve started a successful business of my own. But that’s just what I’ve done. What I’ve become is more astounding to me. I went from someone who left college, had no real aim in life, felt embarrassed about her lack of progress and was pretty mad at myself because I knew I was smart, yet was on a path to nowhere special. Those close to me didn’t really see it. After all, I was always a smart girl and was only 21, but I knew on the inside of me that this aimlessness wasn’t for me. I needed a place to make a difference. I needed a game to play – a game to win. And I needed a team of people I respected to play the game with me. I am lucky to have found it. But luck has nothing to do with 11 years later, having learned the ability to create it, manage it and win at any game I choose to play. I have the privilege of making a difference for key assistants I train and being a role model to young women in my family.

In 2009, I was heartbroken by the struggles of many attorneys I know to keep their firms alive during the economic downturn. I created Your Outsource Resource, LLC to serve as an outsource solution to attorneys who need estate planning drafting and funding services.

Personally, a few weeks after launching the company, I journeyed to Cambodia on a volunteer trip. I fell in love with this country and its sweet, hard working children and plan to return each year to the orphanage to teach and continually remind these children how special they are.
